'Bachelor' star Chris Soules' 911 call made public

From the initial accident to the 911 call to the former Bachelor star's arrest, ET's breaking down everything we know so far about what happened.

According to multiple reports, Soules was driving a 2008 Chevrolet truck that rammed into the victim Kenneth Mosher's John Deere tractor, and the impact led to the vehicle falling into a ditch.

Chris Soules was arrested and released following the fatal auto accident he got involved on Monday. Chris ended up fleeing the scene of the accident and was arrested soon after, but is already out on a $10,000 bond.

New York Times reported that Soules will face initial hearing by May 2 and the judge informed him that he will face a felony charge of five years imprisonment if proven guilty with the case he is involve with.

Soules responds "yes" over and over as the operator asks about the man, including whether he was thrown into "a ditch" as a result of the accident.

Authorities said someone called 911 to report the crash, but they didn't release the identity of the caller or audio of the call.

Later in the call, Soules revealed his own identity, and again told the operator that Mosher did not "appear to be" breathing. There were other individuals on the scene and he asked if anyone knows how to do CPR.

Soules left the crash site after emergency responders arrived, but before deputies with the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office were on the scene, according to authorities. Soules did the same thing back in 2002, only he didn't kill anyone in the process. Soules later appeared on "Dancing With The Stars" and has served as a spokesman for agricultural interests while working in farm real estate.

Wolfgram said that Soules refused to answer his door for officers, telling them to contact his attorney.

It occurred at about 8:30 p.m., when Soules was driven to his family's farm. "We have law enforcement, medical en route to you", the dispatcher told him. He was taken to Mercy Hospital in Oelwein where doctors were unable to save his life.

Witnesses told police that Soules was picked up in a red Chevy Duramax truck that fled the scene - and cops gave chase - but the driver got away. He "would not come out", the attorney said, until officials obtained a search warrant, which "took hours".

"Chris Soules was involved in an accident Monday evening (April 24) in a rural part of Iowa near his home".

"Chris has a location-monitoring device on his leg and had to surrender his passport", says the insider. Regardless, we're sure the victim (Kenneth Mosher)'s family would like some answers about what exactly caused this fatal crash.

Court documents allege that Soules was in possession of "alcoholic beverages/containers".
