David Warner scores century in Sunrisers Hyderabad win

Hyderabad made one change bringing in batsman Deepak Hooda in place of spinner B Sharma.

Delhi Daredevils came into the game against Sunrisers Hyderabad on the back of a five-match losing streak and the scars of their ten-wicket drubbing at the hands of Kings XI Punjab, when they were bowled out for 67, would have remained fresh as well.

Interestingly, both Mathews and Yadav had last played in their away match against Sunrisers on April 19, a match which Delhi lost by 15 runs. Both teams are swiftly moving up the order at IPL Points Table with factually KKR is in the winning stream. "Catches win matches and you can not give a reprieve to someone like David Warner", the Knight Riders captain said. KKR definitely want to secure its place and also wishes to emerge as the victor in front of SRH to maintain its reputation and also the team wants to gain crucial two points so that the SRK's team can maintain its position in the IPL points table.

They reached 52/2 in seven overs when rain halted the match for around 45 minutes. Moreover, their skipper David Warner, the current Orange Cap holder with 459 runs, is in ominous form. With the scoreboard reading 12 for two, Robin Uthappa and Manish Pandey led the Knight Riders march in their chase. Daredevils, similarly, have relied heavily on pairs: Pat Cummins and Chris Morris have accounted for 48.8% of the team's wickets, while the combinations of Morris and Mishra, and Zaheer Khan and Morris have each contributed to 44.2% of Daredevils' wickets. Off Narine's first delivery, he reversed his stance and swept him over third man for six, a boundary that gave him his half-century of just 20 balls. Now came Sunil Narine.

Gautam Gambhir's KKR will be a hard nut to crack for SRH. While the bowling department completely depends on Coulter Nile and Umesh Yadav. The SRH openers were never troubled by the home bowlers. Warner was the only batsman dismissed in the powerplay but not before getting a quick 30. Williamson's addition gives Hyderabad openers the licence to free their arms from the word "PLAY". SRH has a net run rate of +0.794.

SRH's Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Nehra, and Kaul are doing very well at the stage.

The match between Kolkata and Hyderabad will be played at 08.00 pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST). Corey Anderson and Chris Morris then turned the heat on Hyderabad bowlers and took a sweet revenge.

Fall of wickets: SRH: 53/1, David Warner (5.2 overs); 75/2, Shikhar Dhawan (8.2 overs); 92/3, Kane Williamson (11.4 overs).

Kolkata found the target too hard to chase, especially after losing pinch-hitter Sunil Narine and Gambhir early.

Sunrisers Hyderabad have won their most of the games at home but looking at the current form of these two teams, KKR look better but Sunrisers Hyderabad would be favorites to win this match due to home advantage.
