Gareth Bale wants to make more history at Real Madrid after pledging his future to the Spanish giants.
But the Wales global, 27, said he was committed to the LaLiga giants, having a year ago signed a contract until 2022.
"I was happy I got on and happy to play a part.
I have signed a long-term contract at Madrid", said Bale. "The people that criticise me will need to put their guitar back in the case because once again we won and we are the best", Ronaldo crowed.
Modric has revealed that head coach Zidane had encouraged his players to use quick passing down the flanks and deliveries on the ground in order to make life as hard as possible for the Juve back three of Andrea Barzagli, Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini.
Zidane was an assistant to Carlo Ancelotti when Madrid won its 10th Champions League trophy in 2014 to end its title drought. But the 27-year-old says he is determined to remain in Madrid and add to his impressive trophy collection at the Bernabeu.
"We have won three Champions Leagues in four seasons so we have to be in that category", he said. "I think we feel that we are an awesome team".
"My ankle will be fine in the long term", Bale said.
"I obviously came back way too early from my surgery and I suffered a bit".
"I only found out I wasn't going to start just before the game".
"Then I'll obviously do some work in the off-season to get it stronger and ready for next season so I'll be firing on all cylinders".
A well timed finish from Casemiro gave Real Madrid the lead in the 60th minute of the game.
"But I still finished the season happy, it's a great finish with another trophy".
"We just had to go for it". We are very confident and the plan is to win more.
"To play a final in your home city is incredible, but to win it is better still, a great experience". The city has done an immaculate job in hosting a great event.
Madrid now has five titles more than AC Milan, the second most successful European club all-time.
